Developed novel PM approaches for R&D high-tech projects with different degrees of innovation and complexities, with focus on highly innovative projects, based on tailored combinations of classical (PMI, CMMI) approach and Agile approach, enhanced with new concept of Project Success Criteria Management. Developed 'PM Expert' software tool.
